I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating, but I deeply admire anyone who takes that courageous step. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate mental health care, regardless of their background, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
In my practice, empathy means walking alongside my clients through their darkest moments, offering a space where they feel truly seen and heard. I know from experience that a therapist's genuine care, openness, and support can significantly impact a client's sense of safety and self-worth, allowing them to grow and heal.
I have always been captivated by the complexity of human experience—the blend of joy, sorrow, and resilience that defines us all. This fascination, combined with a deep desire to help others navigate their challenges, inspired my path into psychotherapy and counseling. I have a particular interest in existential and Gestalt approaches, combined with CBT and Transactional Analysis when helpful. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to what resonates most with you.
